Q: When should I show my ESN Card in a shop/restaurant/bar?

A: Show the ESN Card before making any order/purchase.

Q: I'm at a bar with a friend that does not have and ESN Card, can I buy drinks for both of us with with my ESN Card?

A: No, the ESN Card can be used only by you, and you can not ask to discount products you are buying for someone other than for youself. This applies to every partner we have.

Q: I'm at Domo and there is the Mercolegin event happening, the drinks are discounted to 4€, can I ask for additional discounts with my ESN Card?

A: No, you can not ask for additional discounts. More generally if one of our partners is doing an event where they are disounting a certain product you can not ask for additional discount, on the already discounted price.

Q: I want to celebrate my graduation in a bar with friends, can I have a discount using my ESN Card?

A: No, you can not use the ESN Card for these type of events.
